Returns and exchanges

That’s why we present our return and exchange policy to make you feel confident and comfortable when making purchases.

1. Returns

If the purchased products do not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of returning them within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
To make a return, please follow the steps below:

• Please complete the returns form (available at the bottom of the page)
• The product must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, without traces of use.
• Keep the original packaging and tags.
• Please contact our customer service department at hello@buddies-mtb.com to report your return.
• After receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will issue a refund to your account within 7 business days.

2. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange your purchased product for a different size, color or model, please take the following steps:

• Please complete the exchange form (available at the bottom of the page)
• The product to be exchanged must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and without traces of use.
• Please contact our customer service department at hello@buddies-mtb.com to report your intention to exchange.
• Let us know about the new size, color or model you would like to receive in return.
• After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, we will send you a new product within 3-5 business days.

3. Exceptions:

• Products marked as sale or promotional are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.
• Return costs are borne by the customer.
